*Quiet Hours - STRICT: 10pm - 8am STRICT- NO PARTIES *The pool door locks at 11pm- please be out of the pool area before then and follow all the community amenity rules or a $100 fine will be given to you by security. *Registered Guests only. The building has 24 hr security and any unregistered guest will be fined $100. Registration needs to be done (first and last name of each guest sent to me) before check-in. *TWO people MAX - no additional over night guests. *All booked guests must be 21+ years of age. *No Drugs *No smoking or vaping in the condo at anytime! Not even with the window open. We will know and an extra $250 cleaning charge will apply plus the cost to replace the linens. There is a designated smoking area outside of the building. *Pls shake paint markers with the lids on to prevent getting paint on the floors. Thank you *Please close the window all the way and place the stick in the groove when not in the condo so the window doesn't open from the wind. *Please turn off the AC when the window is open or when you're not in the unit. *No shoes in the condo- please leave them at the door. *Pls keep the shower curtain inside the tub to avoid getting water all over the floor. *Im sorry we regrettably can not host service animals due to our cleaning team member having severe allergies. *Lost Key Card Charge- Door key $25 *Bugs are just a part of Hawaii life and hard to control in any shared living building. We spray the unit monthly to avoid bugs. We ask that you help keep them out by keeping the condo clean, keep all your food sealed, take the trash out daily and not to leave dirty dishes in the sink. With your cooperation, it’s unlikely you’ll encounter a bug but if you do there is a can of raid under the kitchen sink for your convenience. * Please rinse your feet at the beach and brush the sand off your feet outside the building before entering the unit. Sand ruins the pipes and is a nightmare to clean. Excess sand in the unit or shower or floors will result in an additional $75 cleaning fee. Thank you for keeping the sand at the beach 😊 Please close the sliding restroom door gently and carefully. Do not close it with force. Thank you. *We like to have open communication during your stay. Within the first hour of your arrival, please take the time to look around for anything that maybe less then desirable or missing and let us know immediately. During your stay, we need to attend to issues as they arise. If you don’t let us know, we can’t help. We want to make sure your stay is amazing from the start and if anything should happen, we’d like the fair chance to take care of it for you immediately. Mahalo!

Please note that the aluminum tub is decorative only. You can not use it as a soaking tub. This is a shower only. Sometimes water leaks out of the bottom of the tub. We are working on a solution to properly seal it but not to worry because the entire bathroom floor is waterproofed. Please do not leave your items on the bathroom floor while showering or they may get wet. Pls keep the shower curtain inside the tub to avoid getting water all over the floor. Security is very strict at this building. All guests must be registered. There is an attached parking garage that offers paid parking. It is $10/2 hours, or $45/day with in and out privileges. If you pay for multiple days it is $40/day As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. In addition, you're welcome to make full use of the shared amenities our building has to offer. Dive into relaxation at our rooftop pool, unwind in the hot tubs, and enjoy al fresco dining in our BBQ area. For those who like to keep up with their fitness routine, our gym is available for your entire stay. All these facilities are designed to enhance your experience and make your visit to Waikiki truly unforgettable.
