*Quiet Hours - STRICT: 10pm - 8am STRICT- NO PARTIES *The pool door locks at 10pm- please be out of the pool area before then and follow all the community amenity rules. *TWO people MAX - no additional over night guests. *All booked guests must be 21+ years of age. *Please do not pop champagne or touch the ceilings. The ceiling tiles are made of foam and damage easily. If damaged, the cost to replace or repair will be charged. *No Drugs *No smoking or vaping in the condo at anytime! Not even with the window open. We will know and an extra $250 cleaning charge will apply plus the cost to replace the linens. There is a designated smoking area outside of the building. *Please close the window all the way until it clicks when not in the condo. DO NOT sit on or put any objects on the window ledge. Fallen objects will result in a criminal offense. *Please turn off the AC when the window is open or when you're not in the unit. *No shoes in the condo- please leave them at the door. *Please be ok with only one elevator working. The building is repairing one at a time and one maybe down at times. *Im sorry we regrettably can not host service animals due to our cleaning team member having severe allergies. *Lost Key Charges - Door key $100, Parking FOB/remote $250 *Bugs are just a part of Hawaii life and hard to control in any shared living building. We spray the unit monthly to avoid bugs. We ask that you help keep them out by keeping the condo clean, keep all your food sealed, take the trash out daily and not to leave dirty dishes in the sink. With your cooperation, it’s unlikely you’ll encounter a bug but if you do there is a can of raid under the kitchen sink for your convenience. * Please rinse your feet at the beach and brush the sand off your feet outside the building before entering the unit. Sand ruins the pipes and is a nightmare to clean. Excess sand in the unit or shower or floors will result in an additional $75 cleaning fee. Thank you for keeping the sand at the beach 😊 *We like to have open communication during your stay. Within the first hour of your arrival, please take the time to look around for anything that maybe less then desirable or missing and let us know immediately. During your stay, we need to attend to issues as they arise. If you don’t let us know, we can’t help. We want to make sure your stay is amazing from the start and if anything should happen, we’d like the fair chance to take care of it for you immediately. Mahalo!

*One of the elevators is currently being worked on Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, leaving one working during these times. There are 39 floors and two elevators total so when one elevator is working it can be slow. Please note this before booking and thank you for your patience and relaxed "on vacation" attitude. *You can connect to the Bluetooth speaker / charging station on the desk. It’s called “DOCKALL D108” under your Bluetooth settings on your device. *There is paid laundry on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. *The unit has a large window AC and one of the large windows opens for fresh air and a nice ocean breeze. *We apologize ahead that we can not offer an early check-in or late check-out. We hire an all women's cleaning company and they manage their own schedule. They do not take requests. We are. also usually booked back to back and need the time allotted to clean and disinfect.
