Make yourself at home in this beautiful resort style downtown Honolulu condo. The large lanai, tall ceilings, large windows and designer features are a rare find and we are excited for you to enjoy them during your stay! This stylish privately owned condo is in the Executive Center. Walk into a large entry way that leads you down three stairs to the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a couch that folds down into a queen bed. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need including new stainless steel appliances, toaster oven with an air fryer, rice cooker, Ninja blender, as well as a Keurig and French press for your morning coffee. Enjoy your meals at the sleek white resin dining table that seats 4 in the dining area with high ceilings and great lighting. Have a seat at the counter bar seating or outside on the large lanai (patio). Patios are a rare find downtown and these large sliding doors open up to spacious lanai with a table for 4 and lounge seating if you decide you want to people watch, do yoga or enjoy some fresh air. There is a split AC in the main living area and in the bedroom for your comfort. Dive into the new and dreamy medium firm pillow top King bed in the spacious bedroom. Relax in the ensuite restroom jacuzzi tub and comfortably work remotely at the designated desk and work space. Unwind at night with a favorite show on the large 55” Smart TV. There is a large closet so you can fully unpack and feel at home. In the bedroom closet is an additional foldable twin bed cot with a foldable foam mattresses to put on top. As well as a queen size air mattress with all the extra bedding and pillows. You can set them up in the living room or bedroom. We also have a pack and play if you are traveling with an infant or toddler. The living room has a beautiful futon couch that folds down into a queen size bed. Additional pillows and linens are provided. Enjoy your fav. Shows on the large 65” Smart TV. The feature tropical wall gives you a resort feel, you won’t want to leave. There is a max 7 guests. The hallway has a large capacity, front load stacked washer and dryer and a quaintly designed half bath with a sink and toilet. End your day in the hot tub or start your day with a swim. The pool and hot tub are right outside your front door. The insulated walls keep the noise out but you’re only steps away; it will feel like your own. Open 7am to 9pm. The building has 24 hour security and one designated covered parking stall in the attached parking garage is included. There are many amazing restaurants, cafe’s and clubs to enjoy walking distance from the building as well as a Korean Grocery store and Ross attached to the Executive Center. Your downtown resort hideaway awaits!

Please take note of the house rules and agree before booking: 1. Quite Hours 10pm-8am 2. No Parties. Only booked guests allowed. 3. This unit is not set up for children. However, we are happy to host families. Please be respectful of the furniture. Please do not eat or drink while sitting on the couch. Addition costs will be charged if you scratch the kitchen (no coloring on the table) or stain the couch. When using the couch as a bed YOU MUST use the provided mattress protector before putting the sheets on. We also provide a foldable twin bed and pack and play along with the linens and pillows. . Please be respectful of the furniture so other guests can enjoy the same quality and experience. Mahalo 4. Please do not scratch the resin table. Use the place matts under your plates and a soft sponge tp clean and wipe dry. 5. Please remove your shoes in the house 6. No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the patio. You must be outside the building and off the property. 7. Please rinse sand off at the beach before entering the condo. Sand down the piped clogs them. 8. Please do not flush baby wipes or feminine products down the toilet, even if it says flushable. Waste and TP only. Calling a plumber will be on you. 9. We provide cleaning supplies for you to use during your stay. We also have a cleaning team that can clean weekly or bi-weekly for you at an additional charge. Thank you for taking care of the condo as if it was your own. 10. Please keep the patio chairs pushed in under the table so the pillows don't blow away on windy days. 11. This space is ideal and most comfortable for two people sharing the bedroom. However, we do provide one foldable bed on a cot with extra bedding. You can place them in the bedroom or living room. Plus, one queen air mattress and queen futon in the living room. (You must use the mattress protector on the futon couch when using it as a bed) Guests who stay for a month or more need to supply their own paper products, coffee and laundry detergent. We supply enough for you to get started on your stay then the rest must be purchased as needed by the guest. Please note that parking height in the parking garage is a max 6’1” Please do not open the left side of the lanai door. The door is broken. Please only open the right side to go outside on the lanai.
