Have an amazing stay. * Max Two guests * Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am - No Parties *No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property, not even on the balcony. This will result in a $500 charge. *You break it you buy it, you lose it you replace it, you wreck it you fix it, if you spill it you wipe it. *Im sorry we can not accept let’s or service animals. The owner’s son is allergic and uses the unit often. *We are not able to offer early check ins or late check outs. We contract our cleaning out and do not have control over the cleaners schedule. Check out is anytime before 11am and check in is anytime after 3pm. *Lost FOBS = $200 replacement *Please do not bring sand into the unit. Rinse your feet at the beach showers. This is a small condo: 150 sq ft inside with an additional 100 sq ft lanai (balcony) but the space is used wisely with everything you need for your stay. *if you are claustrophobic this may not be the place for you. You’re in the heart of Waikiki and in a building with other guests. Even tho there are strict quiet hours, you may hear street noise or noise from neighbors. If you’re a light sleeper we recommend using ear plugs. There is paid parking in the building, not designated. It’s first come first serve. If all spots are taken you will need to find other paid parking in the area.
